I want to thank you for introducing me to this new diet/way of living and teaching me how important it is to give your body what it needs. I have never had a healthy relationship with food but I can now finally say I feel better than ever and I finally have a balanced lifestyle; giving my body what it needs and not restricting myself from treats when I crave them. I have learnt I am allowed treats every once in a while in moderation which is a massive turning point for me as I used to deprive myself so much.
You have also taught me to listen to my body when it comes to exercise and I no longer push myself to work out if I’m not feeling up to it etc. Thank you so much for all your help! [woman, anon] (this is 6 months after one appointment, June 2020)

NUTRITION AND ADDICTION WORKSHOP
"I contacted Martina and Tina to organise a bespoke workshop on Nutrition and Addiction, supporting Recovery from Substance Related Disorders with Nutritional Interventions for Wandsworth and Richmond Council Substance Misuse services. The attendees were a mixture of service providers, recovery workers, nurses, GPs and service users. Martina and Tina are fantastic facilitators, collating 20+ years of their experience in Nutrition for this workshop, their knowledge and experience was exactly what our local services needed. The workshop was absolutely brilliant, they really broke it all down in simple terms from physiology to the evidence, the food demonstrations were brilliant and all attendees felt this was an important part of the workshop to consolidate all the learning into practice.
