Help with your nutritional programme
If you are having trouble figuring out how to eat in the way you've been recommended by a Nutritional Therapist, I can help. I love experimenting and trying to create dishes which fit in with different dietary requirements, so I can take your recommendations, create some quick and easy ways of putting them into action, then have a cooking session with you so that you feel more confident about making positive changes to your diet. Do contact me if this appeals to you. This can be done over Zoom

Talks and workshops
I'm available to give talks and run workshops on many nutritional subjects.
During the COVID period I am able to do this online.

All calories are not equal!
We behave as if 120 calories from a packet of crisps was the same as 120 calories from a small handful of almonds, but it couldn't be more different.
  • Crisps are all carb, poor quality fats and depleted salt.
  • Almonds contain protein, minerals, vitamins and fibre.
  • Crisps won't satisfy hunger and you'll soon need more to eat.
  • Almonds will keep you fuller for longer.
The bottom line is, if you choose the crisps, you will almost certainly still be hungry and end up eating more calories, not less, than if you'd gone for the almonds.
The way to choose is to weigh up the nutrient density - what's in it for you?

during the covid period my activities are limited, but i am able to adapt to deliver online. please get in touch if there's anything I can help you with.
