get moving, outdoor exercise classes
These classes are aimed at people who are less active than they'd like to be. We often get to the stage where we realise that we need to take steps to improve and preserve our health, and activity is something we are all aware of. Having the willpower to be active without a class can be difficult for some. I have a gentle, considerate approach which allows for individual challenges and differences. I am very aware of the need to strengthen ankles, wrists and other smaller joints as well as big muscles, and I try to make each session as varied as possible, including stuff to get your hear rate going, building strength, balance, flexibility and core, as well as pelvic floor exercises.
Please contact me for more information. Classes take place in Lewes, Monday and Friday mornings, at 9am. There are options for more frequent classes if there is enough demand. £6 per class, or £5 if booking Mondays and Fridays. Please contact me if you'd like to join.

5 week nutrition in a nutshell course
This 5 week course - 4 online sessions and one optional in person cooking session (£40), lasts for 2.5 hours a week. The cost for 4 weeks is £120, including notes and copies of both my books. Date to be arranged.
