One hour of varied exercise, outdoors, including stuff to get your hear rate going, building strength, balance, flexibility and core. Please contact me for more information. At the moment they take place in Lewes, Monday and Friday mornings, at 9am. Maximum of 6 per class. There are options for more frequent classes if there is enough demand.
5 week nutrition in a nutshell course
This 5 week in person course lasts for 2.5 hours a week. The cost is £180, including notes, copies of both my books, and food at each session.
Food is unbelievably powerful and some relatively simple changes can affect mood, energy, weight, immunity, skin quality, sleep, digestion and much more.
This course is designed to highlight some of the key steps we can take around our food choices which can make a significant difference to how we feel.
