get moving, outdoor exercise classes
One hour of varied exercise, outdoors, including stuff to get your hear rate going, buildig strength, balance, flexibility and core. Please contact me for more information. At the moment they take place in Lewes, Monday and Friday mornings, at 9am. Maximum of 6 per class. There are options for more frequent classes if there is enough demand. Next block starts on 31st January 2022.
5 week nutrition in a nutshell course
This 5 week course - 4 online sessions and one in person, lasts for 2.5 hours a week. The cost is £160, including notes and copies of both my books. It starts on Monday 7th February, 6pm-8.30pm.
Food is unbelievably powerful and some relatively simple changes can affect mood, energy, weight, immunity, skin quality, sleep, digestion and much more.
This course is designed to highlight some of the key steps we can take around our food choices which can make a significant difference to how we feel.
