5 week all round health course
This is a Zoom course, taking place over 5 weeks, 2 hours a week. The cost is £120, including notes and copies of both my books. There are 6 places only. 2021 dates coming up in January.
Food is unbelievably powerful and some relatively simple changes can affect mood, energy, weight, immunity, skin quality, sleep, digestion and much more.
This course is designed to highlight some of the key steps we can take around our food choices which can make a significant difference to how we feel.

- Balancing blood sugar and managing a healthy weight (which has effects on energy, mood and sleep, among other things)
- Reducing the chances of inflammation, which can affect many aspects of health and wellbeing
- Supporting immunity
- Supporting digestion and absorption
- Ensuring adequate all round nutrition and exploring the value of supplementation

Drop in zoom chats - free
Once a month, I'll hold drop-in Zoom chats, free of charge. This is a time for you to come and 'meet' me, find out if you'd like to take part in any courses, chat about anything to do with food and nutrition. It takes the place of the informal chats I used to be able to have with customers at the shop. Maximum 6 people. Contact me and I'll send a link on the morning of the meeting.
