1.5 HOUR WORKSHOPS £25 These workshops are a combination of demonstrations and hands-on. I try to give you something to do which you might think is going to be difficult, so that you discover it isn't at all! They usually take place over lunchtime from 12-1.30, or after work at 6pm, so you'll find out how to make something simple and nutritious (as well as delicious), eat it and take some away with you. You'll take away recipes and ideas and feel more confident about making healthy, tasty meals which don't take up all your time. We'll also look at sourcing good quality ingredients and chat about health benefits of eating in certain ways. Eat More Veg!

This workshop takes a large organic vegbox from Ashurst Organics in Plumpton, and makes dishes using as many of the contents as possible in 3 hours.
The aim of this workshop is to give you the confidence and the ideas to use more vegetables in your day to day cooking - essential for good health!
We also eat what we cook, so you get to taste the food as well as seeing how easy it is to prepare.
